“In silence all our usual patterns assault us. That’s why most of us give up rather quickly. When Jesus was led into the wilderness the first things to show up were the wild beasts.”
We are inviting all Chattanooga pastors to a One Day Prayer Retreat hosted by The SoulCare Project and Chattanooga House of Prayer. We will focus our time on the importance and necessity of caring for our own souls with room for solitude and a space for prayer. This retreat will be an opportunity to enjoy, reflect, and to rest in the presence of God.
“But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.”
The rhythms of Jesus are as needed in our hectic, high-pressured world today as they were then. No time is better than the present to pull away and pursue Jesus, which is why we’d like to cordially invite you to join us for an intimate gathering of 15-20 area pastors on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at the Chattanooga House of Prayer in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
